Here's a summary of the latest changes:

1) Landing tabs are gone

2) Tabs have gone and are now  Apps with thumbnail boxes
* Only 4 apps display and the rest show when you click the dropdown arrow.
* You can have a maximum of 12 apps so make sure to put your most important ones first.
* You can rearrange the order of your apps but photos will always come first.
* You can create a new thumbnail image for each app.
* App images are 111px wide x 74px high.  There will be lots of white space until you redesign them.

3) Large cover image - cover photo can be up to 851px x 315px
but must NOT contain the following:
* Price or purchase information, such as ‘40% off’ or ‘Download it at our website’
* Contact information, such as web address, email, mailing address or other information –this should be in your Page’s About section.
* References to user interface elements, such as ‘Like’ or ‘Share’, or any other Facebook site features.
* Calls to action, such as ‘Get it now’ or ‘Tell your friends’

4) Smaller profile Picture
* The new profile picture is 180 x 180px. It sizes down to 32 x 32px to accompany posts etc.

5) New Administrator Panel lets you keep track of the activity on your Page from the new admin panel. Only you can see your activity log.
* Respond when people write on your Page timeline, and view your latest insights.
* Visit your activity log to review all your posts and activity.
* In March, new admin controls will be released that will let you set different permissions for each page admin.

6) Message from your Fan Page
* Access Messages in your new Admin dashboard

7) Pin your top posts
* Hover over a post and click the pencil icon to pin it to the top of your timeline. A pinned post will stay at the top of your page for up to 7 days.
* Hover over a story and click on the star icon to make it wider.

If you’re unsure weather your Facebook Page is SSL enabled go to your Page and and add an “s” to the http so it looks like this: -
https://www.facebook.com/yourpage


Click through each of your pages tabs
If you see this "turn off secure browsing" notice from Facebook instead of the pages content you don’t have an SSL certificate for that tab.
