Our current rate is $40 per hour and we offer you the following options.
Hourly
Hourly rates work well if you require routine assistance but are unsure how much of your workflow will be delegated at any given time.
Retainer
Retainer rates will secure you a set number of pre-paid hours, booked just for you each month at a discounted rate. This is an excellent option if you want to work with myVA on a regular basis.
Per Project
Per project rates are perfect for your small one off projects like design work or recurring monthly projects such as newsletters or mail-outs.

Invoicing and billing cycles.
Invoices are sent out monthly by email. Receipts are sent when requested.
- Hourly clients are billed on 20th of the month for the work to date.
- Retainer clients are billed in advance on the 1st of the month.
- Per project you can expect to pay a deposit before your work starts and the balance during the final service exchange.
Methods of payment.
We accept PayPal and direct debit payments by electronic funds transfer.
